Conference reflection areas invite contributions from participants with a variety of scientific and practical backgrounds.

Four possibilities of participation

  • Oral paper / paper session: The sessions, grouped by the scientific committee, contain three oral presentations (20 minutes each) followed by a discussion with the audience. These involve mainly scientific communication, discussion on practice and theory, or reflection on an experiment. The proposals shall be of a high scientific level and should be linked with one or more of the reflection areas of the conference.
  • Workshop: Presentation of 90 minutes based on innovative practices or experimentation. The proposals shall have a clear link to scientific research and/or innovative practice and should be linked with one or more of the reflection areas of the conference.
  • Poster: Poster size: A0 maximum (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm PORTRAIT orientation). Poster proposals must be submitted in English but can be presented in English, French, German, or Spanish. If the final poster is in French, German, or Spanish, part of the presentation must summarize the poster in English. The proposals shall be of a high scientific level and/or reflect innovative practice and should be linked with one or more of the reflection areas of the conference.
  • Practical tool/method/activity: A specific tool or approach that can be presented during a conference format called the “tool fair”. This type of contribution is aimed at practitioners and should allow them to answer the question: “What do I do back in my work on Monday morning?”

All proposals must be submitted in English and will be reviewed by two members of the scientific committee. Paper sessions and workshops may be in English, French, German, or Spanish, but organizers cannot provide simultaneous translation.
